We accept cash and bank transfers for orders in Mansoura, Egypt. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due upon pick-up or delivery. Payment terms for large wedding orders can be discussed directly.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the order date are eligible for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Custom orders cannot be refunded once production has begun.
Delivery within Mansoura is included for cakes over 1,000 EGP. Smaller orders incur a 50 EGP delivery fee. Pick-up from our location in Mansoura is always free.
Cupcake orders require 3 days notice. Birthday cakes need 5 days. Wedding tiered cakes require at least 2 weeks to ensure quality and availability. Rush orders may be possible—contact us to discuss.
